Sigma Detection API for On-Premise Deployments

Self-hosted AlphaSOC deployments can now use the Sigma detection API to upload and manage custom Sigma detections through /v1/detections.
This brings the same detection management workflow to on-premise environments, making it easier to maintain organization-specific Sigma coverage alongside built-in AlphaSOC detections.
